1. Service

CapraLens is a first-party, cookie-free analytics service operated by CapraWorks. It collects anonymised pageview data from websites that embed the CapraLens script.

2. Data Collection

CapraLens collects: page URLs, referrers, device type, browser, OS, language, country (from server headers), and Core Web Vitals. Visitor identity is hashed per-day with a server-side salt — no cookies, no persistent identifiers.

3. No Tracking

CapraLens does not use cookies, fingerprinting, or third-party tracking. It does not correlate users across sites or sessions. It is designed to comply with GDPR without requiring a cookie banner.

4. Data Retention

Event data is retained for 90 days by default and purged automatically. Dashboard owners can trigger manual purges.

5. Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Cancel anytime — access continues until the end of the billing period.
